Manny currently owns and operates MDR Technologies LLC, an independent renal biomedical technology company tasked with the corrective and preventative maintenance of kidney dialysis machines and water treatment systems used to administer dialysis treatments.

Through his years in this area of healthcare, Manny has witnessed first hand how two very common conditions can wreak havoc on a person’s kidneys - Type 2 diabetes and hypertension. By simply incorporating good and sensible nutrition along with exercise, one can drastically reduce if not eradicate both conditions.

Manny’s exposure to patients succumbing to renal disease, along with having dealt with some minor health issues himself, has manifested this relentless passion for health and wellness.

Plain and simple, this is Manny’s mission -

In his younger years, Manny was a singer/songwriter/guitarist/rock band guy in two very popular New Orleans bands - The LIMIT and 3rd echo.
